Sean Silvia is an accomplished sales professional with extensive experience in the novelty and retail industries. At Rhode Island Novelty, since May 2012, Sean has consistently increased sales by at least 17% annually since 2017, collaborated on mergers and acquisitions, and developed innovative systems to enhance operational efficiency. In addition to overseeing tradeshows and providing exceptional customer service, Sean also manages product selection and trains new employees. Sean's previous roles include sales at The Stuff Shop and assistant management at Olympia Sports, where leadership and customer engagement skills were further honed. Sean holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Rhode Island.
