Pol Angelo Aran is a highly skilled Technical Support Engineer currently working at Pax8 since March 2024. Previously, Aran held the role of Microsoft 365 Premier Support Engineer at rhipe, where expertise was provided in troubleshooting for Premier clients while meeting SLAs and KPIs.
