Paul Carmelo Cunanan has extensive experience in IT support and cloud services. Currently serving as a Microsoft 365 Support specialist at rhipe, a Crayon company since December 2022, Paul previously worked as an AWS Cloud Support Engineer at Cloud Bridge from October 2021 to October 2022. Earlier, Paul was an IT Support Engineer at Concentrix, where responsibilities included on-site hardware installations and ensuring compliance with technology usage in a call center environment. Paul holds a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology from Ateneo de Naga University, earned between 2014 and 2019.
