Dominik Schicker is a skilled engineering professional with extensive experience in lean management, quality assurance, and manufacturing engineering. Currently serving as Teamleiter Lean Management at Rheinmetall since July 2021, Dominik focuses on planning machines and production processes, investment planning, and optimizing workplace and logistics processes. Previously, Dominik held the position of Teamleiter Qualitätssicherung at igus GmbH, overseeing quality assurance for international branches and implementing standards for product quality. Early career roles included a Werkstudent position at Rheinmetall Automotive, contributing to warranty management and technical reporting, and another Werkstudent role at BEKO TECHNOLOGIES, conducting portfolio analyses and developing an Industry 4.0 business model.
