Chee Wee Gan is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in strategy and sustainability. Currently serving as Senior Vice President of Strategy and Sustainability at Rheem Manufacturing since June 2018, Chee Wee Gan oversees the company's global strategy, enterprise planning, brand initiatives, and sustainability programs, while also being a member of the Executive Leadership Team. Previously, Chee Wee Gan held positions such as Vice President and Global Head of Strategy at Rheem and Global Strategy Director for the Power Solutions division at Johnson Controls. Chee Wee Gan's earlier career includes a Senior Principal role at A.T. Kearney and an IT Consultant position at HP, in addition to academic contributions as a lecturer at San Jose State University. Chee Wee Gan holds an MBA from UCLA Anderson School of Management and a BBA in Management Information Systems from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
