Ilaria Moretto has a diverse range of work experience. Ilaria started their career as an Internship Organizzatore Viaggi at Ignas Tour Spa in 2015. Ilaria then worked as a Chef de Rang at Papa Joe's Egna in 2016. In 2017, they worked as a Waitress service at the G20 Summit Hamburg and also as an Assistente alla direzione e Event Manager at Opus Catering. During the same year, they also served as a Hospitality and Team Coordinator for the MotoGP and MXGP World Championship at Red Bull, and later for the WEC (24 heures du Mans Championship) at Porsche. In 2019, they became a Junior project manager at MotorK. In 2020, they worked as an Online Marketing Manager at Hotel Gardena Grödnerhof & Alpina Dolomites before transitioning to the role of a Junior Project Manager and Management Assistant at Autoindustriale, where they stayed until 2023. Currently, they hold the position of Sales - Coaching and Strategy at Rhea Cosmetics.

Ilaria Moretto obtained their Bachelor's degree in Communication Sciences and Culture from the Free University of Bozen-Bolzano. Ilaria pursued their studies at the institution from 2015 to 2018.
