Jolene Monson has a long history of work experience. Jolene started their career in 2005 as an Administrator for International Programs at the University of Idaho. In 2007, they took on a Graduate Intern role at the European Institute of Cultural Routes. From 2008 to 2015, they worked at ESMT Berlin in various roles, including Marketing Manager, Program Manager, and Junior Program Manager. In 2015, they moved to the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, where they served as Director of Marketing and Admissions for the LGO Program. In 2018, they took on the role of Deputy Director of Admissions, Operations and Enrollement at the Yale School of Management. Currently, they are a Senior Technology Consultant at RHB.

Jolene Monson holds a Master of Arts in World Heritage Studies from Brandenburgische Technische Universität Cottbus-Senftenberg and a Bachelor of Arts in History, Philosophy, and French from the University of Idaho.
