Yussof Sapari has a diverse work experience in the banking industry. Yussof started their career in 2011 as a Relationship Manager at HSBC. In 2012, they joined RHB Bank as an HR Business Partner and worked there until 2017. During their time at RHB Bank, Yussof also served as the Head of Human Resources at RHB Indochina Bank Ltd from 2015 to 2017. In 2017, they moved up the ranks to become the HR Business Partner Lead at RHB Banking Group.

Yussof Sapari obtained a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) degree from Sheffield Hallam University between 1994 and 1996.
