Chai Yong Soon is currently an Associate at AICB. Previously, they held roles at RHB Banking Group, AmBank Group, and United Overseas Bank Limited (UOB). At RHB Banking Group, Chai served as the Head of Business Development and a Relationship Manager. At AmBank Group, they were a Senior Relationship Manager. Prior to that, Chai worked as a Business Development Manager at RHB Banking Group and as a Business Banking Management Trainee at UOB.

Chai Yong Soon completed a Bachelor of Economics degree with a focus on finance from the University of Malaya in 2012. In addition to their degree, Chai has obtained several certifications, including being a Professional Banker and a Certified Business Professional (CBP) from the Asian Institute of Chartered Bankers. Chai also holds a Certified Credit Examiner (CCE) credential from the same institution. Furthermore, Chai received scholarships from the CFA Society Malaysia and Kuok Foundation Bhd in 2012 and 2009 respectively.
