Ashley Jordan has over a decade of experience in compliance and management, currently serving as Compliance Manager at RGS Financial, Inc. since March 2019, where previous roles have included Compliance Administrator, Unit Manager, Team Lead, and Collection Agent. Prior to this, Ashley worked at SWC Group, LP from October 2013 to March 2019 as Execute Relations Manager, focusing on legal, compliance, and call floor management, alongside a Team Lead position. Ashley also gained educational experience as a teacher at Word of Faith Christian Academy from June 2011 to March 2013. Ashley holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management from Tennessee State University, completed in 2008.
