John Kimball has over 15 years of work experience in various roles in talent acquisition, recruitment, and management. John is currently serving as the Senior Director of Talent Acquisition at RGP, a global consulting firm specializing in business transformation and technology innovation. Before that, they held the position of Director of Talent Acquisition at RGP. Prior to their time at RGP, John worked as a Technical Recruiter at Eliassen Group and Principle Solutions Group, where they provided strategic consulting and talent solutions to drive innovation and business results for clients. John also worked as a Contract and Search Specialist at Express Employment Professionals, specializing in professional searches for accounting and finance positions. Earlier in their career, John gained experience in leadership and operations as an Executive Team Leader at Target. John started their career as an intern at Misys Healthcare Systems and served as the head coach at South East Raleigh High School. Overall, John has a diverse background and expertise in talent acquisition and recruitment in various industries.

John Kimball attended North Carolina State University from 2004 to 2008. John obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Business Management with a focus on Marketing, as well as a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in International Studies with a specialization in Latin America.
