Carol Smith has extensive work experience as a Benefits Director. Carol worked at Resources Global Professionals from 2007 to present. Prior to that, they held the same position at PacifiCare Health Systems from 1993 to 2007.

Carol Smith received their Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Business Administration from California State University-Sacramento in 1981. Prior to attending university, they completed their high school education at Manteca High School.
