DL Talley, CISSP-ISSEP, has extensive experience in cybersecurity engineering and information system security. They have held various roles throughout their career, including Sr. Principal Cybersecurity Engineer at RGNext, Cyber Security Manager at RGNext, and Principal Senior Cyber Security Architect at Craig Technologies. They have also worked as a Sr. Information System Security Engineer at Entegee, Lead SR. Cybersecurity Engineer at RGNext & Craig Technologies, Lead SR. IA Engineer SAAT Team at L-3 Communications, and IA Analyst/ALT. Theater IA Lead at ITT. DL Talley has expertise in analyzing IT system architectures for compliance with DoD policies and project requirements and has experience in managing A&A/C&A packages within EMASS. They have a strong background in applying software engineering methods to design, develop, evaluate, integrate, and support complex products, tools, and technologies. Additionally, DL Talley has experience in maintaining system security and ensuring adherence to information security policies. They have worked with various government agencies and possess in-depth knowledge of information assurance requirements and certification processes.

DL Talley, CISSP-ISSEP, received a diploma in Design and Applied Arts from John Marshall High School. After completing high school, DL Talley attended the Savannah College of Art and Design from 1996 to 1998, where they studied Computer Sciences and 3D Animation. In addition to their formal education, DL Talley has obtained various certifications, including MCTS - Windows 7, SAS - Platform Administration (Fast Track), Linux+, Security+, RCERT-SWA CDAP, MCP, GIAC Penetration Tester (GPEN), CISSP, and CISSP-ISSEP. These certifications were obtained between 2006 and 2013 from institutions such as Microsoft, SAS, Comptia, RCERT, and ISC2 - International Information Systems Security Certification Consortium.
