Yasmeen Wilde is an experienced professional in business intelligence and data analytics, currently serving as Executive Director of Self-Service Analytics at Reinsurance Group of America, Incorporated since March 2019. Prior to this role, Yasmeen held the position of Business Intelligence Lead at BJC HealthCare from September 2004 to February 2019, where responsibilities included overseeing data, ETL, and reporting architecture for the shared services data warehouse and developing a Human Resources data mart that significantly improved reporting efficiency. Yasmeen began their career at Sendouts LLC as a Developer and Marketing Research Analyst from 2003 to 2004.
