Erin Crump is an accomplished professional in the insurance and reinsurance industry, currently serving as Vice President of Group Reinsurance and Vice President of Business Initiatives at Reinsurance Group of America, Incorporated since April 2021. Prior to this role, Erin held various leadership positions at Green Shield Canada from August 2016 to April 2021, including Vice President of Individual and Mental Health and Director of Pricing & Corporate Analytics. Experience at Munich Re Canada from September 2010 to July 2016 includes roles such as AVP of Distribution Innovation and AVP of Compensation and Benefits. Additionally, Erin worked as a Consulting Actuary at Towers Watson from August 2004 to July 2010 and started an actuarial career as an intern at New York Life Insurance Company in 2003. Erin holds a Bachelor of Mathematics degree in Actuarial Science and Statistics from the University of Waterloo, completed in 2004.
