Blakely Bar Lev is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in creative operations and project management. Currently serving as Director of Creative Excellence and Global Awards Manager at R/GA since September 2011, responsibilities include overseeing award submissions across 14+ global offices and managing the entire submission process, including curation, category recommendations, and budget management. Additionally, Blakely co-founded SaladSprinklesā„¢ in June 2023 and previously managed a team of over 500 volunteers at the Governors Ball Music Festival. Early career highlights include serving as President of the SCAD PhotoGroup, where leadership involved planning events and building industry connections, as well as internships at National Geographic and TBC. Blakely holds a BFA in Photography and Advertising from the Savannah College of Art and Design.
