Arman Bissengaliyev is an experienced professional in the field of environment, health, and safety management, currently serving as the Environment, Health and Safety Manager at RG Gold since October 2023. Prior to this role, Arman held positions such as HSE Manager at INTEKNO SG and V&V Auditor at Тенгизшевройл, where responsibilities included compliance with occupational safety regulations, developing safety management systems, and conducting environmental monitoring. Arman has also served in various capacities at АО "Авиакомпания " Евро-Азия Эйр", Golder Associated Kazakhstan, and other organizations, focusing on environmental protection management, HSE training, and legislative compliance. Arman holds a Ph.D. in Mining and Mineral Engineering from the Institute of Mining Kazakhstan and a Master of Science degree from Charles University, as well as a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering Ecology from Al-Farabi Kazakh National University.
