Paul Richardson is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in the fluid power and industrial sectors. Currently serving as the Managing Director for R&G Fluid Power Group Ltd's Industrial Division since August 2018 and as Managing Director for Integraflex Ltd since December 2008, Richardson has a strong background in manufacturing high-quality flexible hose assemblies. Prior to these roles, significant contributions were made at Arco Ltd from 1990 to 2008, where Richardson held various positions including Sales & Operation Manager and Category Manager, successfully driving turnaround strategies and managing substantial product lines. With a career spanning nearly 40 years, Richardson began at Arco as a Sales Correspondent and cultivated a deep expertise in sales, product management, and training within the industrial marketplace.
