Charlotte Lind is a resource mobilizer at RFSU since August 2023, previously serving as verksamhetsutvecklare and acting secretary general at Operation 1325 from September 2021 to August 2023. Charlotte held roles as verksamhetsutvecklare at Operation 1325 from May 2019 to September 2021, where responsibilities included developing internal strategic work and enhancing collaboration methods with international partners in the Middle East, alongside writing project applications. Prior experience includes working as a communicator and project leader at Operation 1325 from May 2016 to May 2019, leading initiatives for women's rights in peace and security work. Additionally, Charlotte was a project leader at Sollentuna kommun in 2014 and served as an intern at the Swedish Government Offices in the Department of Employment in early 2014. Academic qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Political Science from Stockholm University and language studies at the University of Gothenburg.
