Fabiola Dooley is a seasoned food scientist currently serving as a Senior Food Scientist at Purely Elizabeth since June 2024. Prior to this role, Fabiola held positions as Assistant Manager of Applications at RFI Ingredients since November 2021 and Product Development Manager at D's Naturals, LLC from May 2022 to June 2024. Fabiola's experience also includes working as an R&D Food Scientist at Atkins Nutritionals, Inc. from September 2015 to January 2022. Fabiola holds a degree in Food Science and Food Science and Technology from Colorado State University.
