Rachel Pangburn is a Global Oracle Partner Engagement Manager at RF-SMART. Rachel also serves as the Lead for Market & Competitive Intelligence, overseeing the organization's win/loss program, intelligence tracking, research, and forecasting competitor movements. Rachel has a background as a Professional Operatic Soprano, having collaborated with various opera companies and classical music organizations across North America. Rachel holds a Master of Music in Opera from the Curtis Institute of Music and a Bachelor of Music in Voice, Magna Cum Laude from the University of Kentucky.
