James Johnson

Support Engineer at RF-SMART

James Johnson has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. James began working as an intern at PRIDE GmbH in 2005 before assuming the role of Budget and Allocations Chairman at the University of North Florida from 2003 to 2004. In 2008, they joined Bank of America as a Premier Support specialist. From 2009 to 2012, they worked in customer support at Taleo. James then joined Oracle in 2012, where they held multiple roles, including Bug Diagnosis and Escalations Lead Engineer, Subject Matter Expert / Knowledge Management Lead, and Technical Engineer. James worked at AmeriLife & Health Services as an Independent Insurance Agent from August 2019 to July 2020. In 2019, James also took on the role of Manager at Domino's, where they managed employees and ensured timely and accurate meal delivery. Most recently, they joined RF-SMART in 2022 as a Support Engineer.

James Johnson attended Cologne University of Applied Sciences from 2004 to 2005, where they pursued a Masters degree in International Business and Intercultural Communication. During the same period, they also studied at Aix-Marseille University, where they obtained a Master of Arts degree in International Business. Additionally, from 2004 to 2005, James enrolled in the College of Business Administration at the University of North Florida, where they earned an MBA with a focus on Business Administration.
