Marcos Montiel has a diverse work experience in the technology and telecommunications industry. Marcos started their career as a Technical Project Manager at Personal Communications Devices, where they oversaw the launch of handsets for multiple US carriers. Marcos then moved on to Reliance Communications LLC as a Technical Project Manager, where they drove the launch of mobile devices for carriers in the US, Canada, and Latin America.

In 2014, Marcos joined Wireless Telecom Group as a Product Manager for Microlab, where they managed RF passive components and custom signal conditioning solutions. Marcos also owned the go-to-market strategy for active solutions.

From 2018 to 2022, Marcos worked at OMEGA Engineering in various roles. As a Product Marketing Lead, they developed value propositions, positioning, and messaging for new and existing products. Marcos also delivered product content and assets for merchandising and campaigns. Prior to that, they served as a Product Marketing Manager, overseeing the growth of new product revenue and user-acquisition across multiple websites. Marcos also managed digital performance and awareness of the core product portfolio.

Most recently, Marcos joined RF Industries, Ltd. as a Product Manager, where they are responsible for managing product-related activities.

Throughout their career, Marcos has demonstrated expertise in product management, marketing, and project management.

Marcos Montiel completed their Bachelor of Engineering (BEng) degree in Electrical, Electronics, and Communications Engineering at Stony Brook University from 2006 to 2010. Additionally, they obtained a Project Management Certificate from Stony Brook University in January 2013 and became a Certified Scrum Product Owner® (CSPO®) through the Scrum Alliance in August 2018.
