William Arseniu has a diverse work experience in the field of RF engineering and project management. William worked as a RF Engineer at RF Connect since December 2018, where they are currently employed. Prior to that, they worked at Goodman Networks/CSG from April 2011 to December 2018 as a Technical Manager/RF Engineer, managing in-building active and passive RF neutral host systems. From November 2010 to April 2011, they held the position of Principal RF Engineer, In-Building at Nexius, where they designed in-building RF neutral host systems. William also worked at Integer Wireless from January 2010 to January 2011 as an In Building RF Design Engineer/Project Manager, designing and managing large-scale in-building installations. Before that, they worked at Sprint Nextel as an In Building RF Engineer and later as an In Building Engineer from 2004 to 2009, where their responsibilities included designing and implementing in-building RF distribution systems. From September 2003 to December 2003, they served as an RF Engineer Consultant/Project Manager at LCC International Inc., assisting Cingular Wireless with in-building projects. William also worked at Ericsson Inc. from April 2003 to August 2003, where they were the Technical Solutions Manager, responsible for designing in-building RF solutions for various indoor environments. Additionally, they worked at BroadBand Technologies, Inc. from April 1992 to August 1998 as a Program Manager, Engineering, coordinating program management activities for a second-generation FLX product.

William Arseniu attended Wake Technical Community College from 1983 to 1985, where they obtained an A.A.S. degree in Computer Engineering. Following this, they pursued further education at North Carolina Wesleyan University from 1992 to 1995, earning a B.S. degree in Business.
