Sarah Schaefer Braden is a dedicated Recruiting Development Manager at Rezult Group, Inc. since August 2017, overseeing internal talent acquisition and training across multiple office locations. In this role, Sarah leads a comprehensive 13-week training program for new hires, focusing on key recruiting skills. Previously, as a Senior Recruiter, Sarah excelled in full-cycle recruitment for Accounting and Finance professionals, consistently surpassing company KPIs and building a robust network through proactive outreach. Earlier experience includes serving as the Executive Assistant to the CEO at The Sparrow's Nest, where Sarah demonstrated strong organizational skills and managed various administrative functions. Sarah holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communication from The University of Georgia and participated in a study abroad program at Universität Innsbruck.
