Brian Bates has extensive experience in operations and project management, currently serving as Capital Project Manager and General Manager for various divisions at Reynolds Services, Inc. since October 2014. Additionally, Brian holds the position of General Manager Operations at the Meridian Design Studio since December 2019. Prior experience includes managing plant operations at Tecnocap Group as Plant Manager and overseeing quality at Penn Wheeling Closure as Quality Manager. Brian began their career as a Quality Assurance Tech at US Can. Brian Bates earned a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Management and Operations from DeVry University between 2009 and 2013.
