David Seward serves as the Horticulture Program Head at J. Sargeant Reynolds Community College since August 2006, overseeing college-level courses in areas such as Landscape Design, Floral Design, and Sustainable Agriculture. Prior to this role, David Seward operated as the Landscape Designer and Owner of Garden Creations, LLC from February 2005 until May 2021. In terms of education, David Seward holds a Master of Science in Horticulture from Virginia Tech, earned between 1982 and 1985, and a Bachelor of Science in Biology from Old Dominion University, completed from 1977 to 1981.
