Shuai Lu is an experienced professional in the offshore engineering and renewable energy sectors, currently serving as the Tender Director and Business Development Manager at Reynard High Voltage Solutions since June 2023. In addition, Shuai Lu owns Swind Consultancy and holds a Business Development Manager position at Wison New Energies, leading offshore wind initiatives in Europe. Previous roles include Tender/Project Coordinator at Ballast Nedam Offshore B.V. and Sr. Naval Architect at Seaway Heavy Lifting, with a strong focus on hydrodynamics, stability analysis, and project support. Shuai Lu began the career at Bluewater Energy Services as a trainee after completing a Master's degree in Offshore Engineering at Delft University of Technology.
