Tim McGuire has over 25 years of work experience in finance and accounting. Tim currently holds the position of VP of Field Finance at Reyes Coca-Cola Bottling, where they lead a team and oversees the financial operations for the West and Mid-West regions. Prior to that, Tim served as the Vice President of Finance at Reyes Holdings, responsible for managing the finance and accounting functions for the largest company within the Beverage Division. During their tenure, the revenue grew significantly due to acquisition-related growth. Tim also worked as a Financial Controller at Reyes Holdings, where they handled financial reporting, budgeting, planning, forecasting, business analytics, internal controls, and corporate taxation. Before joining Reyes Holdings, Tim worked as a Senior Auditor at Windes and McClaughry Accountancy Corp and as a Staff Auditor at Coopers & Lybrand.

Tim McGuire earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Economics with an Accounting Emphasis from UC Santa Barbara, where they attended from 1988 to 1993. Tim later pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) at the University of California, Irvine - The Paul Merage School of Business from 2008 to 2010. Additionally, Tim obtained the certification of Certified Public Accountant (inactive) from the California Board of Accountancy in 1996.
