Monika Natalia began their work experience in 2017 as a Co-Founder of a self-employed venture. Monika co-founded the venture in August 2017 and worked until September 2020.

In 2019, Monika joined Across Asia Assist Indonesia where they held two roles simultaneously. From November 2019 to March 2021, they worked as a Claims Analyst. Additionally, starting September 2020 until March 2021, they also worked as an Alarm Center staff.

In 2021, Monika Natalia joined Alodokter as a Health Data Analyst in May 2021. Monika held this position until May 2023.

Monika Natalia obtained their Bachelor's degree in Nursing Science from Universitas Padjadjaran, where they studied from 2014 to 2018. Prior to that, they attended SMA Negeri 2 Bekasi from 2011 to 2014, focusing on the field of study in IPA.
