Leszek Wodecki has extensive experience in engineering and management, currently serving as both Engineering Manager and General Manager at Rexnord since January 2011. Prior to this role, Leszek spent 27 years at American Autogard LLC, holding various positions including Operation Manager, Director of Engineering and Quality Assurance, as well as roles in engineering management. Leszek holds a Master of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering, specializing in Automotive Engineering, from Warsaw University of Technology.
