Bob Mueller is an experienced operations manager with a strong background in manufacturing and quality assurance. Currently serving as Operations Manager at Weldall Mfg., Inc. since October 2017, Bob oversees production operations across multiple plants in Wisconsin. Concurrently, Bob has held the position of Operations Manager at Rexnord since August 2014, leading the manufacturing operations for the Falk Gear Plant. Previously, Bob was the VP of Manufacturing at Paper Machinery Corp., where strategic direction and execution of manufacturing operations were key responsibilities. Bob's earlier roles at Joy Global included Factory Manager, Director of Global Quality Assurance, and Strategic Sourcing Manager, focusing on various aspects of manufacturing operations, quality systems, and sourcing strategies. Bob holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Marquette University.
