Jeffrey Yang is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in real estate and corporate law. Currently serving as Senior Vice President, Legal at Rexford Industrial since January 2020, Jeffrey previously held the position of Vice President and Corporate Real Estate Counsel at MUFG from June 2016 to December 2019, where responsibilities included managing the national corporate and retail real estate portfolio and overseeing various real estate transactions. Prior roles include Real Estate Transactional Associate at McGuireWoods LLP, where expertise in commercial real estate was developed, and positions at Eisner & Frank and Berger Kahn focusing on corporate, entertainment, and litigation matters.
