Ricardo Radowski has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Ricardo started their career in 1999 at FEGA Elektrogroßhandels GmbH, where they worked as a Vertrieb / Objektbearbeiter for one year. In 2001, they served in the Bundeswehr's Panzergrenadierbataillon for a year. Radowski then joined HAGEMEYER Deutschland GmbH & Co. KG in 2002, initially working as a Disponent für Installationsmaterial, Kabel und Leitungen before becoming the Abteilungsleiter Disposition. In 2008, they moved to Rexel Germany GmbH & Co. KG, where they held various roles, including Supply Chain Manager - Einkaufscoach, Abteilungsleiter operativer Einkauf, Interim Bereichsleiter Supply Chain Management/Procurement, Director Business Development/Prokurist, and Chief Supply Chain Officer/Prokurist. From 2021 to 2022, they served as the Chief Operating Officer (COO) at Rexel Germany GmbH & Co. KG before assuming the role of Geschäftsführer - COO in February 2022.

Ricardo Radowski began their education in 1996 at FEGA Elektrogroßhandels GmbH, where they studied to become a Kaufmann für Groß- und Außenhandel. Ricardo then attended Akademie Handel München from 2003 to 2005, specializing in Betriebswirtschaft and achieving a degree as a Handelsfachwirt. Radowski later pursued a Bachelor of Arts degree in Betriebswirtschaft (BWL) at the University of Applied Management, FHAM Erding, completing their studies in 2012.
