Andrew Thomas is a seasoned Senior Quantity Surveyor with extensive experience spanning over three decades in the construction industry. Currently employed at Focus Consultants since July 2021, Andrew also serves as a Senior Quantity Surveyor at Rex Procter & Partners since November 2014. Andrew's career began as an Assistant Quantity Surveyor at Matthews, Pincus & Kerrigan from 1986 to 1992, gradually advancing through prominent roles in various companies, including Robinson Low Francis and Clarus Consulting, where project involvement included significant university regeneration and hotel refurbishment projects. Andrew holds a BSc in Quantity Surveying from Anglia Ruskin University and a BTEC in Building Studies from Barking College of Technology.
