Harper Yi has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. They started their career as a Sales Development Intern at Maker Studios, where they developed sales collateral. They then became a Sales Development Analyst, responding to numerous RFPs and developing cross-platform branded content and media solutions. Harper also worked as an Associate Integrated Marketing Manager at Remezcla, where they created culturally-relevant branded content and proposals for US Latinos. They later became the Manager of Marketing & Social Media Strategy at TANDEM PICTURES, where they launched and executed the company's social media strategy. Harper also had roles as an Associate at Rogue Sunday, Sales Marketing Manager (Contract) at VidMob, and Integrated Marketing Manager at Digital Trends. They worked as a Marketing Manager at Serino Coyne, executing marketing campaigns for Broadway shows, and as a Branding & Proposals Lead at an IT Company, leading marketing projects and developing remote processes for efficiency during the pandemic. Most recently, Harper worked as a Strategic Partnerships Sales Manager at IFundWomen before joining Rewiring America as a Partner Communications Strategy Manager.

Harper Yi attended Fairfax High School from 2007 to 2011, where they earned an Advanced Diploma with Honors. Following that, they pursued their higher education at William & Mary from 2011 to 2015, graduating with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology and Marketing.
