Claudia Manes is an experienced Industrial/Organizational Psychologist currently working at Rewired Solutions since February 2018, where the focus is on innovative data-driven candidate sourcing using the Hero Persona™ model. Prior to this role, Claudia completed a Talent Management & Effectiveness Internship at Nicklaus Children's Health System, contributing to the research and development of executive talent. Claudia also served as a Practice Manager at Haydee Prado, Psy.D., overseeing coding, billing, and compliance with HIPAA standards. Earlier, Claudia worked as a Flight Attendant for Lufthansa, ensuring safety and customer service across international flights. Claudia's career began with an internship in Human Resources, Sales, and Accounting at Hotel Nikko Düsseldorf. Educational qualifications include a Master’s Degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Albizu University and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from FernUniversität in Hagen.
