Hilla Izrael - Kredi has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Hilla is currently the Director of Customer Experience at Remitly Israel (formerly Rewire), where they are involved in shaping the way international workers manage their finances. Prior to that, Hilla worked at Cellcom, starting as the Director of Corporate Accounts Business Support Group and eventually progressing to become the Director of SME Accounts Department and Technical Support Group and then the Director of Strategic Accounts Service Group. In these roles, they were responsible for overseeing various aspects of Cellcom's business, such as sales enablement, operations, technical support, and customer service. Before Cellcom, Hilla worked at Neviot as the Service and Retention Division Chief of Staff and later as the Head of Customer Care Department. At Bezeq International, they held positions as the Head of Technical Support Group and Customer Retention Call Center Manager. Throughout their career, Hilla has demonstrated strong leadership skills and a focus on customer satisfaction and operational excellence.
Hilla Izrael - Kredi completed a Directors and Senior Executive Training program at Bar-Ilan University in 2021. Prior to that, they studied towards a Bachelor's degree in Economics and Management at The Open University of Israel from 2006 to 2008. Hilla also obtained a certification in Directors and Senior Executive Training from Bar-Ilan University.
