Olivia Weinstein

Co-founder/Chief Executive Officer at Rewire Health

Olivia Weinstein has a diverse and extensive work experience in various fields. Olivia has worked as a Membership Strategy Committee Leader at The Teaching Kitchen Collaborative since 2023. Prior to that, they were employed at Columbia University, where they developed and instructed culinary medicine courses for practicing clinicians and trainees. Olivia also facilitated research in the field. From 2018 to present, Olivia held multiple roles at Boston Medical Center (BMC) including Director of Nutrition Innovation and Implementation, Culinary Nutrition Director, and Culinary Dietitian. In 2021, they co-founded Rewire Health and served as the Chief Executive Officer. Olivia has also contributed and instructed at Boston University, worked as a Dietitian and Fitness Instructor at Assembly Sports Club, and served as a Course editor/builder at edX. In 2013, Olivia co-founded PreGame Fit, and from 2007 to 2014 they worked as a Ballet Teacher at The Cape Ann Center for Dance. Additionally, they worked as a Health Educator at Sociedad Latina from 2012 to 2013.

Olivia Weinstein completed their education starting in 2009 with a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration with a minor in Biology from Emmanuel College (Boston). In 2012, they had an opportunity to study abroad through a program called Semester At Sea / ISE, and received a Bachelor's Degree during that time. Later on, from 2015 to 2018, they pursued further education and obtained a Master's Degree in Registered Dietitian from Framingham State University.
