Ross Bratton worked as a Software Developer at RANDOX LABORATORIES LIMITED from September 2018 to March 2022. In March 2022, they joined Reward as a Software Developer and continues to work there.

From 2014 to 2018, Ross Bratton pursued their Bachelor of Engineering degree in Computer Games Development at Ulster University.
