Dermot McGuckin started their work experience in 2015 as an IT Support Technician at Xerox. From 2016 to 2020, they worked as a Software Developer at Acorn IT Solutions Ltd. In 2020, they joined Citi as a Senior Application Support Analyst, where they provided technical and business support for Citi's global Finance desk. Their responsibilities included user and batch support for trade booking applications, participation in application releases and testing, and ownership of Support Project items. Currently, Dermot is a Senior Production Support Analyst at Reward, where they provide two-tier support across production systems and troubleshoots applications across various platforms. Dermot manages issue tickets from investigation to remediation and fix.
