Chris Hammond has a strong background in analytics and insight management. Chris is currently serving as the Commercial Analytics Sales Lead at Reward, a position they have held since August 2022. Prior to this, they worked as a Principal Analytics Consultant at Intuita from November 2021 to June 2022. At Nectar360, Chris served as the Insight Director from November 2014 to November 2021. Chris also has experience as an Insight Manager at Aimia Inc from October 2008 to November 2014, where they led the insight team for Nectar and was responsible for analytics for the joint Sainsbury's - Nectar relationship. Additionally, they worked as a Customer Insights Analyst at Marks and Spencer from August 2006 to October 2008, where they delivered high-profile insights on customer behavior and conducted marketing effectiveness analysis. Before that, as an Analyst at Proximity from June 2004 to August 2005, Chris provided analytics deliverables for key clients and conducted machine learning and campaign analysis.
Chris Hammond attended Sheffield Hallam University from 2001 to 2005, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Computing and Management Science. In addition, they obtained a certification called "From Data to Decisions" from City & Guilds in April 2021.
