Ruth Mathias has a diverse work experience spanning various marketing roles and companies. Ruth is currently working at Reward Gateway as the EMEA Marketing Director and will soon transition to the role of APAC Marketing Director. At YouGov, they served as the Global Head of Sector Marketing, leading a team of five global sector marketing leads. Prior to that, they worked as a Marketing Consultant at their own company, Ruth Mathias Ltd, providing consultancy and interim marketing leadership for tech and media organizations. Ruth also had freelance roles as a Senior International Marketing Manager at Hotwire PR and as a Strategic Account Manager at Purestone TFM. In addition, they gained experience as the Global Content and Social Media Manager at LEWIS PR and as a UK Marketing Executive at the same company. Ruth started their career as a Digital Marketing Executive at Morgan Hunt. Ruth Mathias has successfully implemented global marketing strategies, launched campaigns, and improved operational efficiency throughout their career.

Ruth Mathias has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Theatre Studies from Lancaster University, which they obtained from 2004 to 2007. Ruth also completed a Postgraduate Certificate in International Business Practice at the Mountbatten Institute from 2008 to 2009. In 2018, Ruth participated in the Marketing Week Mini MBA with Mark Ritson to further develop their knowledge in marketing.
