Petko Pironkov is an experienced professional in account management and sales, currently serving as the Head of SMB Account Management at Reward Gateway since September 2015. In this role, Petko established the SMB Sales function in Bulgaria, leading a team of sales professionals and conducting training sessions. Previous positions at Reward Gateway include Client Relationship Team Manager, Senior Client Relationship Manager, Client Relationship Manager, and Client Support Specialist, all of which focused on client management, team coaching, and revenue growth. Prior to this, Petko worked as a Technical Support Agent at Sixty K Ltd, providing customer support for phone and broadband services. Petko holds a Bachelor's degree in Tourism Management from the University of Food Technologies Plovdiv and has participated in Erasmus Exchange Programmes in Tourism and Hospitality Management at Silesian University in Opava and the University of Rijeka.
