Gemma Matthewman has a diverse background in sales and marketing. Gemma currently works as an Enterprise Sales Representative at Twilio since November 2021. Prior to this, Gemma held various roles at Reward Gateway, starting as a Growth Marketer from September 2015 to August 2018, then moving up to become a Growth Marketing Manager from August 2018 to October 2020, and finally serving as the Head of Growth Marketing Australia from October 2020 onwards. Before their time at Reward Gateway, Gemma worked as an Account Manager at Edelman from January 2014 to September 2015. Gemma started their career at DPQ Communications as a PR and Marketing Account Executive from October 2011 to November 2012, and later progressed to the role of PR and Marketing Account Manager from November 2012 to January 2014.

Gemma Matthewman attended Cardiff University from 2007 to 2011, where they obtained a degree in Spanish and Sociology. Prior to that, they attended Dauntsey's School from 2001 to 2006 and received a 2:1 degree.
