Mohamed Alghamdi, Assoc, CIPD has over four years of work experience in the Human Resources field. In 2018, they began their career as an Administrative Assistant at Lamb Chef. In 2021, they moved to Rafeeh Entertainment Group as an HR Operations Associate, where they were responsible for preparing and maintaining employment records, providing administrative support to company executives, managers, and employees, and interpreting and explaining human resources policies, procedures, laws, standards, or regulations. In 2022, they joined Binzomah Tech Company as a Compensation and Benefits Specialist, where they co-ordinated and ensured all compensation, benefits and payroll related activities were processed correctly and timely, conducted annual salary reviews and prepared annual bonus policies based on the organisation performance and employee evaluation. Later that year, they began their current role as a Senior HR Operations Specialist at Rewaa.

Mohamed Alghamdi has a diverse educational background. In 2017, they completed a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, General from King AbdulAziz University. In 2022, they earned an Associate's degree in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration from CIPD Qualifications.
