Kiran C Gangadikar has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. In 2008, they started their career at Infosys as a Process Executive, and later took on the role of Senior Executive. In 2010, they became a Process Specialist at Infosys, where they worked on projects for UBS. In 2013, they joined Deutsche Bank as a Senior Analyst, focusing on Business Analysis and Quality Assurance for Listed Derivatives. In 2017, they were promoted to the role of Associate, taking on additional responsibilities as a Project Manager. Most recently, in 2020, Kiran joined Rewaa as a Project Manager and Scrum Master.

Kiran C Gangadikar completed a PGDBA in Finance and Financial Management Services from Symbiosis Institute of Business Management, Pune, from 2011 to 2013. Prior to this, they obtained a B.Com degree in Banking and Finance from Bangalore University, from 2004 to 2007. In addition to their formal education, Kiran obtained a certification as a Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) from the Scrum Alliance in September 2019.
