Nauman Shah has worked in the field of Information Systems for over 10 years. In 2020, they began working as a Game Designer for Revolving Games. Prior to that, they were a Creative Consultant for Drivinity from 2019-2020. From 2015-2019, they were an Assistant Professor at the University of Management and Technology, where they were Chairman of the Information Systems Department and Director of the MS Data Science program. From 2011-2015, they were a Research Associate at the University of Hertfordshire. Before that, they were a Support Engineer at Business Connexion from 2010-2011.

Nauman Shah completed a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Computer Science from the University of Hertfordshire between 2011 and 2015. Prior to that, they earned a BEng (Hons) Digital Systems and Computer Engineering in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the University of Hertfordshire between 2007 and 2009.
