Lauren R. currently serves as the Global Head of Procurement at Revolut, a position held since October 2023. Previously, Lauren was the Head of Procurement at Amazon and has experience as a Council Member for the Council for Supplier Diversity UK. With a notable history of leadership roles in procurement across various companies including John Lewis Partnership, Sainsbury's, Lidl UK, and Hays, Lauren has consistently demonstrated a commitment to best practices in Procurement and continuous professional development. Recognized with the CIPS Young Talent Award in 2021, Lauren has a strong educational background, including a Master’s degree in Leadership from Henley Business School and qualifications in Procurement and Six Sigma.
