Balazs Alexa serves as the Global Head of Quality at Revolut since October 2021, focusing on delivering top-tier products by utilizing customer feedback and operational optimization, achieving significant reductions in bugs and enhancing customer satisfaction metrics. Previously, Balazs held the position of Global Head of Operations at Revolut Retail after founding Wanted, a company aimed at promoting equitable salary practices, which was acquired by Revolut. Balazs's extensive experience includes roles as COO at Once Dating Group, where growth milestones included over 10 million registered users, and as Founder and CEO of datemyschool, the largest college dating site in the US. Earlier professional endeavors include consultant roles at McKinsey & Company and founding Belanski Films. Balazs holds an MBA from Columbia University, a Master's Degree from HEC Paris, and dual BA and MA degrees in Economics from Corvinus University of Budapest.
